Once again we celebrated the end of another session with our famous potluck! Now it's time to relax before our next session starts on Thursday, April 28.

Opera at the Overture Center
On Friday, April 15th, MESLS took a trip to the Overture Center to see the Tales of Hoffman, a French opera written by Jacques Offenbach. Lucky for us, there were subtitles projected in English!

What a wonderful world of oddities!
On Saturday, we visited the House on the Rock in Spring Green, WI. We really enjoyed seeing the many odd collections of items from around the world. Alex Jordan spent a lifetime collecting artifacts and antiques to include in his architectural masterpiece, and we loved the opportunity to wander around the house and to watch the many automated displays.
